    The problem with back and bis is that back works your biceps too much...by the time u get to biceps you are in pain and will never do the most...however back triceps is the old school way to go

    Nice work Si!👍🏻good form mate 👌🏼. Get that leg day next, wish i could get rid of this horrendous sciatica so i can get back to the gym 🏋️‍♂️.

      @@swindle321 its good your doing something you like mate, you looking strong pal 👍🏻. Yeh sciatica is horrible had it for four months now, cripples me.
