Chest Focused Push Day

I recorded 1 set from each exercise from a chest focused Push session.
The problem with back and bis is that back works your biceps too much...by the time u get to biceps you are in pain and will never do the most...however back triceps is the old school way to go
That actually makes a lot of sense doesn't it, might have to try that at some stage.
