Переглядів 19 тис.3 роки тому
In this video I will show you guys how to adjust the valves on a Coleman Ct200u EX V. Thank you guys for watching and make sure to hit that Subscribe button.
Where did u buy the tusk
What carb are you running
TDC???
Link for the turn signals?
Not a turn signal, just a red light w different modes. Yk? Off Amazon they work bright and great
Thanks
Dayum! Tighten those engine bolts! That thing bouta fly out when doing a turn 💀💀
lmaooo😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just finish the bike and then show it, lol engine shaking all over and chain dangling, I wanna see the final result
Thanks for the video
How did you build your bike
top speed?
Thank you for the video very informative!
Is the govenor in it still?
Nope
What side does the lash cap go on?
The one without the divot for the rocker arm
So I’ve done a few upgrades to my engine and now it pops a lot which I don’t mind sound wise cuz it’s sick but I do mind if it’s hurting my engine so would this be the solution to the popping?
Like out of the exhaust? If so up your main jet in the carb, you’re running lean which yes, will hurt your engine and you’re losing out on the full power potential
what’s the original gap for the valve springs?
what method do you use to measure engine run time
Guy should of explained better, I did everything he said to do in the video but my bike sounds way worse. I was very careful too.
How did you know your valves needed to be adjusted???
You can tell if they need to be adjusted when you have issues with the pull cord. When you try to start the motor the pull cord will get stuck about halfway through the length. Essentially you're motor won't be able to start.
Did your carb jet come right out?
Not with the stock carb
The stock carb on most of the ct200u bikes don't have a removable jet, but the full stage 1 kit from go power sports comes with a carb with a 038 jet already installed
Where u get the pipe?
Go power sports
@@smallengines4us922 the header pipe Coleman ct200s that one ?
@@JuanRamirez-dg7xr yes
@@smallengines4us922 thanks!!
@@JuanRamirez-dg7xr no problem man
How often should you do this on this bike? Thanks.
Sorry for the late response, but i prefer to do it every 3 months depending on how much you ride it.
@@smallengines4us922 thanks
Eggsauce
X-haust???? Exhaust!!! Lol
I had no clue which bolts were the first or second or third or a half an hour later the fourth until he held each one up presenting each bolt with an assorted number.
Life saver
Glad i could help
I personally found this informative. Checking valve lash is extremely important and if it's off you're not getting all you can from this small engine. It's relatively easy and is part of the maintenance in your owner's manual. Thanks for the video.
Thank you man, appreciate the support
@@smallengines4us922 like I said no need to adjust valves if you perform simple maintenance. This video is teaching others how to end up, breaking they’re own bike and possibly voiding any warranty they probably paid for whiteout knowing.
@@GMC.Sonoma.4.3 You can have your own opinions, doesn’t necessarily have to be on a new bike. Nothing lasts forever man
@@smallengines4us922 it’s not an opinion really, I’ve maintained my mini bike by doing oil changes frequently and using full synthetic motor oil only. However I can agree nothing lasts forever.
@@GMC.Sonoma.4.3 👍
You don’t need to adjust the valves. I’ve had my mini bike which is 3/4 years old never adjusted valves and it’s running fine. What a useless video.
Ok then
Imagine taking the time out of your life to comment this you are a waste of fucking air and I hope your valves have a meeting with the top of you piston jackass
@@jasper411 thanks man
@@jasper411 i agree
Idiotic comment. This is definitely a good thing to do, you may never need to do this but it's always good to make sure the valves are where they should be.
Hey guys, I appreciate the love on this video. What should I do next on my minibike?
