I was going through hell & was deciding to give up or try Amma’s Ayurvedic clinic. A week after deciding to try the clinic, I chanced upon a therapist who told me that I should stop all medications as I didn’t have what the doctors have prescribed. Though skeptical I followed through. 10 days later I went to the clinic & was told I was fine. My recovery was kick started the minute I decided to come to Vellore. I had insomnia, nightmares, suicidal thoughts, palpitations, loss of energy, anxiety for the past 10 months. Now I’m perfect, I had the honour of being with Amma for a personal session. He told me to not be a tourist when I’m in Sree Pooram . Since the detox & my my engagement with Amma , I’m getting my mojo back . As per advised I’m chanting Om Namo Narayani almost throughout the day. Although it was recommended for only 10 minutes before I sleep. I know many will be skeptical about my recovery, but there are so many coincidences & miracles that can’t be explained. I’m definitely coming back to Amma not as a tourist this time.
