do not buy any of iscooter scooters customer service is not good at all. The tech support team is slow and unresponsive. I got an ix7pro then upgraded to an ix8 and made the worst decision I made in a long time. They went on for months before taking it back because of lost speed and battery drained after 8 miles on standard mode on both scooters. ix7 was al little better at like 15 miles. they adverstise at 48 mile range no where near it. Do your homework before a purchase

Je confirme que cette trottinette est dangereuse. Beaucoup de défauts, et un service après vente peu efficace. Suspensions très dures, il faut rester sur une route nickel. Le poids annoncé de moins de 20 kg est un fake, elle pèse 21 kg 400. Le guidon ne tient pas et oscille. Parfois il tombe. La vis de serrage n'est pas assez puissante. Le guidon ne se replie pas, mais nous en avons reçu un second en remplacement. Ce qui ne changera rien aux autres problèmes. La stabilité est médiocre et vraiment, à la maison, personne ne veut l'utiliser. Par contre, pas moyen de la renvoyer ou d'être remboursé. Service déplorable. Question puissance, rien à redire, elle tient ses promesses. Sauf que vu qu'elle n'est déjà pas stable à vitesse modérée...
