Topics I might cover are general science, biology, microscopy, photography, self sufficiency, gardening, bushcraft, college, and my life. This channel definitely will be a bit of an eclectic mix of video topics and styles. I also post the UA-cam version of my podcast "In My Experience" on this channel.

Back out at the bushcraft shelter in the woods with a few friends. It has been a while since we've been out. Today we harvest firewood, enjoy nature, and have another go at making bread over the campfire in the dutch oven.

Winter at the Bushcraft Shelter

Today we headed back out to the woodland bushcraft shelter to practice survival skills, cut firewood, cook, bake bread, but mostly to just hang out. We cut down a tree and gathered lots of firewood to store inside the shelter. We also checked in with the white pine saplings we planted last year. This is my go-bag, what I grab if there is a fire, civil unrest, or all-out SHTF. Call it whatever: a bug out bag, 72 hour bag, INCH bag, go bag, get home bag, survival kit.
