Good informarion sir. Now the Ship has arrived at Vizhinjam with ship to shore cranes. Its a dream come true. The port will be commisioned in another six months. Hopefully. The hsrbours with draft more than 20 m should be identified and developed. What about the Colachel port in TN which is close to Vizhinjam. Also👍Kochi has a plan to develop its outer hatbour which will also give a draft close to 20 m. I think if Vizhinjam, Colachal and Kochi outer harbour all three are a reality it will attract more volume and the presence of Kochi Refineries is an added advantage for Kochi outer harbour port. There is Vallarpadam terminal in Kochi itself which is under performed if In am correct. Why we are ignoring the possibilities of a shipyard which is possible with more than 20 m draft very close toVizhinjam at Poovar
