GOOD MORNING FROM CANADA. I JUST BOUGHT 20 PUMPKINS KEPT THE SEEDS FOR LATER LOTS OF SEEDS. I COOKED THEM DOWN AND LET COOL AND THEN TOOK THE MASH AND DRIED IT IN MY FOOD DRYER AND AM MAKING PUMPKIN POWDER. IT IS GREAT FOR TOPPING DOG FOOD, IT IS A NATURAL WORMIER FOR HUMANS AND ANIMALS. IT WILL KEEP FOR AT LEAST 1 YR. YOU COULD ALSO ADD IT TO SMOOTHIES. FOR A PUMPKIN DRINK. IT WAS A LOT OF WORK BUT WORTH IT HAVE A GREAT WEEK AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING COLLEEN
