You just make it work. I have 3 kids with 50:50 custody by 2 women who are constantly attacking me and trying ti take my kids from me. I'm in the middle of my second court battle in 3 years where my ex wife is trying to take my youngest 2 kids from me. I handle all of this while working 10 to 11 hours every day trying to make UA-cam work. I've never been able to take my kids on holiday and my son is 7 years old. I worked for 3 years doing those hours before I made any money at all. I'm not boasting. I'm just saying, if you want it you'll do it. Sacrifices always have to be made. You've just got to make sure you keep going so those Sacrifices become worth it. UA-cam is paying off now and I know 2025 is gonna be the year that changes everything for me. Just stay focused and keep trying to improve

Your channel came up on my recommended so thought I'd give it a watch. Firas Zahabi spoke about this on Joe Rogan podcast, and its especially key in fighting. Repetition is the key to everything and the more volume you can do the better you will become. Cuban boxers do it, and Russians have trained this way in wrestling for years. Less intensity means you can do more volume and Its all about total volume. Sparring hard every now and then is necessary to know what it feels like but 80-90% of the time, it should be done at 50-60% intensity. Every sport or task is a skill like you say, which can be improved on.

To be fair i spar light when my partner is new, if they are around my level i tend to go about 50% as you need a good balance to be able to have fun and also learn. If I have a bout coming up then the sparring is harder

In other videos you've alluded to be a Christian and believing in Jesus Christ. How can you say this and also believe in reincarnation? It sounds like you have very unformed beliefs and believe in a "God" but not the Christian God.
