    Better way to say this is the performance of the policy is unaffected by taking loans out of the policy. That's the magic.

    Nope…you’re all wrong. Been using my whole life insurance for years to buy real estate, crypto, cars, etc. When I see an opportunity I take a loan from my policy use it until I cash in then payback the loan. It’s like having your own bank, but that loan never goes against your credit score, you don’t have to make payments or ever pay it back. Now you should, it will benefit you later but it’s a great place to store and grow your money while waiting for an opportunity. It’s what the rich people do. AND when you die….that money is TAX FREE to your heirs. Example…took a loan in 2016 to buy crypto. Have made millions, cashed in some and paid back the loan. 2019 took a loan for a down payment on a lake front condo for 500k. It’s now worth 825. The only thing he is leaving out is if you don’t pay it back your balance will continue to grow so you should pay it off like any loan.

      While life policy usually costs 10x what term life is, most you are unable to “borrow” against for the first 1-2 years. When you “borrow” you are reducing the amount that the life is trance pays out. So if you have a 500k policy and “borrow” 200k then your death benefit is 300k. You can only borrow the amount of cash value that you’ve grown which is about 1/10 of your monthly payment. So it would take 10-20 years before you can actually borrow any significant amount. they won’t give you anything more than that because you may stop paying or cancel the policy. If you took the same amount you would have payed to your policy and invested in a growth stock mutual fund you can access ALL of it whenever you want, none of it is kept by the insurance company. And you only pay 15% capital gains as long as you wait atleast a year to two from it. You also never have to pay it back because it’s your money. The whole life policy, yes it’s your money but they are holding up to 90% of it to eventually pay upon your death what’s left after all the borrowing. It’s a terrible way to save money. Any more questions

    • @jaysmoneysecrets
      @jaysmoneysecrets 6 місяців тому

      @@daneckert8510 I appreciate your feedback. There's to much to address here. Whole life insurance is permanent term is limited, 2 different strategies; the extra cost is actually going into cash value in the policy! Btw Less than 2% of term policies payout, whole is guaranteed to payout. You can borrow money from your whole life policy in literally a month if you wanted to. Unlike mutual funds that have an internal expense fee, have no downside protection, are also taxable which by the way the capital gains rate maybe increasing next year. Whole life policy don't lose their value. My recommendation is do your research and seek Professional advice and follow what the successful people have done like Me, Ray Kroc, Waka Floka, Walt Disney, and J.C.Penny to name a few which all practice this concept. Happy Wealth building

      I have done my research and have talked to professionals, you need to build cash value before taking from it. I’m not selling anything. People who make posts like this are usually selling something. You are welcome to do whatever you’d like to do with your money. Best of luck to you

    • @daneckert8510
      @daneckert8510 6 місяців тому

      I’ll ask 2 questions, is the money you take out deducted from the life insurance payout as I said, and do you lose the cash value when you die if you haven’t taken it out. If the answer to either of those is yes. I’m good

    This is total bullshit!! Don’t do it! It’s a con! Find an old person who has done this years ago and look at their policy and find out how much they paid and will pay through their lifetime and compare it to their death benefit. It’s pennies compared to how much they paid for it. You buy Term Life insurance which will provide much more in death benefits for much much less than Whole Life which allows you to invest the money you save in an IRA. Then when your IRA builds to a point that it will cover your funeral expenses and will help with you depends on the event of your death, then you can get rid of the life insurance. You’re welcome.
