I just ordered one today. Do I need a 30 amp electrical cord to run a fridge from the 4 prong 30 amp plug or could I use the standard 120V, 2 am with a power bar to connect it

I own the blue 3650 and can't find any reviews on that one. Anybody?

Just bought the lates version of this BBQ to replace my old Weber Genesis that I had for 10 yrs. A new Genesis is so jacked up in price from what I paid 10 yrs ago that I bought the Signet instead. I’m very happy with it for about half the cost. Performs as good if not better. One thing for sure, i it can get much hotter for better searing.

Does it run on a higher gasoline or just regular only

Regardless of how much you’ve used it, that does not look like a year old BBQ.

I have this grill and it's a rust bucket. Had a brinkman that lasted longer and was half the price.

I have this same grill. It's the worst grill I've ever owned. Doors don't fit together straight. No adjustment. Inside is a rust bucket. The box itself ate away around 2 of the 4 bolts that hold the fire box on. Burners rusted out, shields rusted out, burner holder rusted out, pan underneath and the track that holds the pan rusted out. I had to grind the bolts off to get the burners out now can't screw in new burners. They just lay there loose. It's a piece of junk.

Note - this generator do not output 240v. Usually 5000 W + have 240v output.

What a neglected Signet. I have used mine for eight years and still original burners. You have to burn off and CLEAN it if you want it to last. That thing is nasty, should have shot video of it's condition when you first opened the lid to start this project to show how it has really been cared for (or not).

I have same BBQ with same problem. That ignitor channel is rusted right out! Screws holding the 3 burners are all stripped and impossible to remove. Think they would've used screws with hex heads for easier removal !! How did you manage to install the new ignitor channel without removing that one burner ?

Mine did the same thing, I guess their "choke" is more of a primer .

when you removed the 3 burners, was it only 3 screws at the back or was there also 3 screws in the front that needed to be removed...thanks

... can you run a regular 750/1500 watt heater with it ? i bought one today for this winter when ice snaps power lines and we're out of power.

I like this 3500 watt. I own 2 firman generators. One is a little 1200 watt. It my camping and 2 hour power outage. My big one is a monster 9400 watt. Doomsday duel fuel. It hard to roll around and remover around the house and it's a pain. But it will run anything in my house. That 3500 watt is perfect for what ever comes up.

Good to hear that it can run the usual stuff such as fridge, freezer and TV. Being a NON-inverter generator, I'm curious to know if it's able to run LED light bulbs without trouble such as no flickering or buzzing sounds? I'm on the edge of buying one of these, so any answers from you would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Thanks for posting the videos. I have a BK Baron series. It's a 2017 model. We ended up having the same problem. My left side wasn't lighting up or getting hot. I thought it was the burner. After watching this and taking mine apart as well I see what the probem is. Thanks.

Corrosion is accelerated by cooking grease. Clean your BBQ. I ALWAYS let my BBQ burn everything off after every use. My old Fiesta BBQ lasted 15 years following this procedure. I bought a Signet 320 yesterday. We'll see how long it lasts.

This is the weirdest video I.ve ever seen. camera going up&down pointless. No practical suggestion (how to...remove , or change)Just complains about product. Tell me something new! All products getting worth every year. Waist of time.

Sorry but you’ve put it in backwards. The open slotted length is supposed to be facing into the oven. Check your parts list schematic. You want the flame to ignite into the oven not toward your knob panel. Dangerous assembly.

I’m on my second Broil King. 1st one lasted 10 years, 8yrs on the current one. They make a great product and no I don’t work for Broil King. I also BBQ all year round and don’t believe in BBQ covers (they trap moisture=rust). I have only replaced the collector 3 times in 18yrs. By servicing your BBQ properly and regularly it will perform. That means cleaning/scraping the oven and removing the burners and cleaning burners/screws each fall (before the screws rust). Hope you do more than put gas in your car.....just saying.
