This was rich! I'm definitely working on my individuality as a wife and mom. In the beginning of our marriage I definitely engulfed myself in my husband and I burnt the both of us out very fast. In this new season of my life I'm saying yes to me more often.

I have also experienced depression before unfortunately and during that time opening the windows and even going outside to take long walks was one of the only things that helped me through my day.
