What to Expect Prior to Your Live Drafting Session 1. Initial Consultation: • A brief call or meeting will be scheduled to discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific requirements you have for your house plan. • Please provide any sketches, inspiration photos, or floor plans that you want us to reference during the session. 2. Preparation Materials: • Ensure you have all relevant documents and references at hand, including property surveys, zoning information, or any existing plans that may impact the design. • Think about the key features you want in your home, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, layout preferences, and any special rooms (e.g., home office, gym, etc.). 3. Technology Setup: • A stable internet connection is required for the Webex meeting. • If you prefer, you can also join the session via phone or tablet. Please ensure your device is fully charged and up to date. 4. Scheduling: • Your drafting session will be scheduled for a specific time and will last up to 40 minutes. • You will receive an email with the Webex meeting link and any additional instructions prior to the session. 5. Collaboration Process: • During the session, you will be able to see the live drafting of your floor plan on your screen. • We encourage active participation, so be prepared to provide feedback and make decisions in real time. • Feel free to ask questions or request modifications during the session; this is your opportunity to shape the design exactly to your liking. 6. Final Steps: • After the session, we will send you a summary of the draft along with any additional notes. • You will have an opportunity to review and request further adjustments before the final plans are completed. 7. Additional Information: • If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. • Be prepared to discuss budget considerations, as certain design elements can impact construction costs.
