Perfect example of why the Fallout 4 soundtrack doesn't fit with even the rest of the Bethesda games. Too rock and roll. I like maybe a bit of proto-rock and roll, like Butcher Pete. But this song, and the Wanderer are too 1950s, r&r. Fallout works best when the aesthetics are more 1930s/1940s and I don't think Bethesda ever fully comprehended that. It's not the 1950s.

I know Maybe is the classic, and engrained in the minds of F01, and classic fans mind as the 'theme of Fallout', but c'mon this is a better song.

This song, and 'Way Back Home' fit the Lone Wanderer's story so well.

The rockabilly aesthetics of Fallout 4 are completely alien to the series, even in Fallout 3.

Best collab ever

The only rock and roll on Fallout 3's soundtrack, and even that it's more proto-RnR. The problem with Fallout 4's soundtrack is that they didn't realize this subtle, but key detail about the music in game. Fallout 4 has tons of weird, sort of 1950s-sounding stuff which just doesn't feel accurate to the primarily 1940s/1930s sound of fo3.

Military coups guided by USA, dispel socialists in all over the world, assasinations of socialist leaders, journalist etc. Consequences of these series of operations most distinctly shown in music. Erosion seem so clear on people characters.
