100% agree with you. While beautiful, the whole white trend isnt my favorite. I like wood and more moody design. But this is the builders personal home and this is his wife's style and they did it very well!

I disagree. It's Gorgeous. Design isn't one dimensional. Clean and modern is great, but so is something else.
Modern != Taste
The home inside is actually fairly modern considering the interior design. It is a European design though, and it's good to appreciate each type of design for what it is.

I believe it was 1.1 million, but it is not for sale. The builder can always rebuild a similar home though.

No table in the kitchen? The island is beautiful but every kitchen should have a table if at all possible... there is something about facing your family & friends and looking people in the eye when you have a meal.
To me it's crying out for a pool.
