I broke down in the patrol first time ive actually been stopped first time ive ran out of diesel too fuel gauge has never worked usually i shine a torch in the tank but towing a trailer she used a bit more than i expected its got the drinking problem of a petrol but without the power i was on a pretty steep angle too #td42 #patrol #nissan

We generally try to label these sorts of videos "private single track" given it's illegal to ride single track in Vic and doing so gives ammo to the greenies and puts recreational rego at risk ;-)

I used a ebay ecu for l67 and manual gearbox but the factory ecu couldve been flash tuned for better results

its a genuine toyota not sure what model the kit sorta doesnt give you space to put an intercooler

Hey bro thinking of doing this to my vs eco tech just wondering how you fit them and what else you need todo or get to put one in do you need to make a bracket ?
it was a kit from castlemain rod shop but a lot of the stuff you have to do yourself i used xr6 injectors changed the computer and spark plugs i also had to make a pulley that fit the supercharger with a spline as the supercharger i sourced didnt come with any of that hope this helps

How do the lockers affect your ability to turn in the sand? Sharp turns especially at say 20-30 mph when traction is a concern.
turning in the sand with with the rear locker you dont realy notice but with the front locker on you cant turn
@@adamTaylor669 Great! That's good to hear. I'm actually looking at it for the rear diff for my snow plow truck. But, I figure snow/sand is similar enough. I have to make a lot of sharp turns as I plow mountain roads. I need more rear traction, but I'm afraid to lose turning radius ability. I 'll have chains too on the front and rear, but only a locker on the rear (or is there a better rear diff solution for snow/sand?)
@@mymorristribe dunno ive never actually seen snow myself so i cant say but a locker will totally transforms the way you drive you dont need a heap of momentum when you know your going to lose traction it keeps both your wheels turning the same speed even if one loses traction the other will keep driving you through
He isn’t holding the throttle down for long enough, he takes the throttle off power and powerband can’t charge up..
This literally happened to me yesterday riding along a beach down south. Do you reckon you'll have to replace the head.

That YZ on pipe is just an absolute blast. But they are kinda tricky to keep the front down at speed. Those 500s seem to just be so smooth and controllable at speed.
