I made it today and I even had Noggenfogger potion on me for the slowfall... At the end of Hyjal, there is a high mountain with some elven ruins, and a DEEP abyss into nowhere (actually Felwood) It's fun to mount up with slowfall and pick a direction and make the jump. The jump is so deep and far that the 1 minute timer on slowfall is not enough, I ended up floating over Felwood, and before I could land I ended up over Darkshore, which is another drop and I fell to my demise. But if you pick a better angle I am sure you can land safely somewhere.

The way he type to give us the instruction instead of saying it on a mic is really the classic classic experience. It reminds me for an MMO even older than WoW of Warcraft

WALL - Right at the start they put a wall around the pillar.

First, I miss tf out of people actually being easy to find to raid capitals with, this was nostalgic af. Second, raid leader had no idea how to lead. Sitting around doing nothing while no mana, allies dying and yelling go sylvanas lmao just wanted to touch her one time right?

Fuck that piece of shit first jump, took me like 45 minutes to get down, and then i immediately fell down against the invisible wall too. But fret not, genius that i am, i managed to figure out that through careful walljumping, you are able to worm yourself back up.

Easiest way is to mount and slow walk while jumping at the ledge. Try to wedge yourself in and it's easier to find the ledge.

It still work!! Took roughly 30 mins to learn that first jump tough. You have to move forward against the wall while doing a right to left movment. This way u can catch a frame where the therrain helps you to jump from a higher spot. Hope it helps!

You can still do it in classic. I used the mount to jump from right to left. Once you are airborne, let go of your movement keys and youll catch the ledge. Takes several tries to get it right though. You can do it with an epic or normal mount.

You don't need a mount for that jump...

This place is great, me and my friend spent a lot of time here around level 20 ganking horde, really funny to fight Vs groups of them and also parkour over the rooftops to escape high levels trying to gank us

How do you get on top of the hill to the pillar?

I couldn't get past the first step, jumping on the pillar. I could get on the first invisible platform but every time I try jumping from there I just keep falling down. I wonder if the character size would make a difference? I play a Forsaken female.
