Great question Sir, It was already answered by one great and wise soul - Kanchi Paramacharya. He suggest to perform a study - Go to different hospitals on one day and record the details about the infants born in same time. Once you get this data. Explore about the details. Do all these babies born at same times were in similar situations? Some are born healthy, some are ill, some are rich, some are poor. Each of them have diverse backgrounds. Unless they had past life and karma, why would they be born in different circumstances in spite of being born in same date and time. Karma exist!
