I sang Isantim in 2001 with my church choir (Holy aTrinity Catholic Parish World Bank New Owerri, Owerri) for a cultural night program that we had then. I was partly raised in Calabar , I schooled at FGGC Calabar, and a bit familiar with some Efik folklore songs like “Ekpri Ekanem”.

Anyone who went to some Unity schools in Nigeria can relate and also know this song. I sang it then and sometimes sing/hum it even though I don't know the meaning.
