Welcome to my apartment! Well, specifically my living room + art space ☺️ This space is slowly coming together, but I’m happy with the set up we have right now. In the future, I think it would be nice to have a space dedicated to my art.
These day, things have been slow, but I love it. I’m appreciative of this time of transition and growth. And really honing in on learning more about myself and what I really want to do.

Come join me on this picnic as I paint this wood slice :o) this painting took me about 6 hours to complete! I sealed the painting with 2 coats of Liquitex gloss and matte varnish to make it water resistant. Such a cutee bee😍. Do you apply color directly on the wood slice or do you coat it with something first?
Thank you 🥰 I apply with 1-2 layers of gesso first to prime the wood before I start painting!

Your artwork is so cute! I have that exact plant that you got and have had it for 3 years, my top tip is to water it when it feels slightly squishy and wrinkled, if the leaves are firm, it doesn't need watering, other than that leave it in a nice sunny spot, super easy to take care of!
