I would sell mine in Boca and move now. Problem really is the insurance for hurricane and flooding. I’m not even going to guess how much but ………….outrageous. I would buy one that needs gutted and either use all pressure treated and the new plastic Sheetrock or all plastic wood. You want something that can get wet and won’t get hurt.

Why is the upper deck connected to the other home?
Thanks for the question! I get that same question when I show it and I wondered the same thing. The owners are friends! That section can be removed or a dividing railing can be installed if desired.
