Perform an Alternator Output test on a Cat Skid-steer
Переглядів 2,1 тис.Рік тому
While this test is done on a 12v system on a skid steer, the operation will be much the same for a 12v commercial vehicle as well as a 24v piece of mobile equipment. Make sure to lookup manufacturer specifications and watch the amount of load that is placed on the battery to keep the vehicle from stalling. This test is helpful if the vehicle regularly needs a boost and when voltage is checked i...

it gets very very very tiresome punching guides out i wrapped my head with foam then put wood on top to keep from destroying the head im getting too old for this manual stuff
Excellent video on valve seating sir!
Again a bad design for a DA telescoop cylinder! De pressurized piston seals have to pass the radial holes that supply oil to the annular side. They will not last very long. You can do that with piston rings like in 2 stroke engines, not with elastomer seals. Designed by a seal manufacturer? I was a hydraulic cylinder design engineer for 42 years, retired now
what is the name of the tool? where to buy?
So essentially, the interaxle power divider is a 3rd differential between front and rear?
Very helpful.
What diff stand is that?
This video is very goated, appreciate the knowledge and walkthrough! Thank you sexy beast :)
thanks!!!
Good video, thanks 😊
Its a beauty
How does a 2-axle truck rear axle work? Will the power transmission from the transmission send power to which rear axle first, the front axle or the rear axle, or will the power be transmitted equally to both axles?
Provided traction is equal, the torque delivered to all axle shafts will be equal and simultaneous

Can lapping seats valves after grinding haed cylinders's face?
Sir mtu diesel genaroter 12 v fuel rail system ecu , Running time hunting rpm hig low tht vedo and electronics injecter timing system can you explain by vedo , thankyou
So wonder if you got a 1/2 but the 1/8 is way over. What then?
Then the linkage is likely out of adjustment or the clutch brake was worn out making the 1/2” place the release bearing too far back toward the transmission.
@@THET1916appreciate it the answer back!!!!
Out of all the video's you can come across, this one is the best one. The man is old school. Yo can tell by the shop and the work bench, but most of all this gentle man is wearing coveralls. Only true people of the trade wear those. Great video, Thank You..
Dont hit the blick with a hammer (proceeds go hit the block with a tool instead
then we just drive it home 😅😅
think you for your step by step tutorial
Where to buy this machine

BRILLIANT video. Extremely educational, high production quality, obviously an expert. Keep at it, thanks bud.
This is one of the best videos I see about how to rebuild a power steering gearbox with details explanation one in a million sir
Thank you for the effort,.. very usefull content❤❤❤ keep educating newbies like me
thanks, very helpful
Great video. Nice job 😎
Excellent video
Cob vulve links what coses
Excellent!
Thank you very much
thank you
I've been a diesel mechanic for 12 years only at dealers and I have only pulled 1 valve out. Thank you very much for explaining this with such a great attitude and delivery. I've just watched found this series and can't wait to finish watching it to finish. I would like to see counter bore cut if there is not a video you have done yet. I find it very interesting seeing the behind the curtain operations of before I get the cylinder head to install on the engine. I've probably put on 50+ cylinder heads. Thank you for your time!
I understand the axles are shown here being locked together, but are the left & right wheels on both axles also being locked to each other like in a normal differential lock? Or is it just normal differential function on both axles, but with equal power each? And if it's the latter, can both methods be combined locking all four wheels together at equal roation?
Sir, I am your subscriber from Indonesia, I want to consult with you, does the worm steer have something called a TORQUE ROD? What is its function actually? Because I have a Worm Steer for an Isuzu Trooper Diesel car where my steer is already heavy and I have replaced the Seal Kit but it is still heavy, the information I got had to be checked on the TORQUE RODS and the TORQUE RODS were modified using a lathe so they are usually lighter Turn the steering wheel of the car. So far this has not been discussed with you. function and use of automotive tubes. ? Thank you, I'm waiting for the answer
I use a valve face scibe. Work very well to transfer to the seat for contact location
I appreciate this video man. Started doing BIT inspections and going for a T8 ASE. This has given me a better understanding than other explanations I've heard. Great job!
Sorry to be pedantic but, you say 'it doesn't matter where the piston is, it's always going to be 100psi'. This doesn't sound right to me. Not only would the pressure change as the piston moved up and down the cylinder but the gauge pressure would change depending on the position of the gauge due to pressure at depth. Perhaps you meant this change would be slight and therefore negligent?
Leaving in the accidental hit was a good move. Great content earned a subscription and a like.
This is really helpful
Need some help with range selector on a super10 leak through both insert valves
Hello, What is the item number for that valve seat puller?
Ok
Great video thanks 👍
Do you grind valves for the general public?
Nah you gotta watch the video and diy. This is UA-cam 😂
Completely unrelated to car engines, but working on a hard seated valve (hydraulics) design. This was very useful. Importantly in my case the "interface angle". Opposed to the whole potential contact surface. Just reaffirmed the direction I was going. Well explained for an engineer.
Powerful info...👌
Thank your effort , its was so helpful to understand the steps to dis . and assembly this part of steering system
Bonjour,où peut-on se procurer l’extracteur de sièges (VALVES) si vous avez une réponse,je vous remercie.
If we removed the drive shaft between two differential truck still able to move ?
Yes but you'll have to activate interaxle lock
@ulrichpatterson61 If don't locked the power divider is not able to move right ?
