2000 VW Jetta TDI
This is the MK4 Jetta TDI that I've been working on for the last 4 years.

I picked this up for a parts car but it's too nice to scrap. Flushed the brakes and put good parts on the rear. Did some body work in time to save the front rockers but the fenders have some holes that can still be fixed pretty easy.

My 2000 VW MK4 Jetta radio doesn't make sound unless the antenna is unplugged and held close.

This is in my '91 Golf with the M-TDI. Save the MK2s. While I was focused on getting the engine in and working I kept the old 020 trany and cable clutch that went with the MK2. Now that the engine is working great it's time to install an 02A trany with a MK4 shift tower, the hydraulic clutch and cable shifter.

1.6TD block with 1st over 80mm 1.7 pistons from a KY block. 1.6TD rods and crank. AGS trany. The gauges from left to right are. 1. Vacuum gauge. connected to the fuel line at the front of the pump. Lets me know if there is a fuel line restriction. 2. Boost gauge. 10, 20 30. Straight up is 15psi. That's kind of the continuous limit for the VNT15. It can handle 18psi for awhile. 3. EGT gauge. Putting together a Voron 2.4r2. I ordered the guts for the stealthburner from fysetc and the center LED under the logo was mounted 90 from where it was supposed to be. Voron, my problems got problems. Is my fan too thick or what?

I'm trying to install the squirrel cage fan in the stealthburner and it sticks up over the edge. The fan measures 15mm thick. And the measurement from the top edge to the ledge the fan sits on is 12.6mm.

Since the VNT-15 hangs so low I am able to use the long runner intake from a MK2 Jetta gasser.

Damn there was a lot of missing metal inside the passenger side wheel well. Fortunately I've been spraying corrosion inhibitor inside the area the rear bolts onto so that is still strong. Boxed it in and covered it with stainless. I also posted some pictures over on the old vwdieselparts.com forum. Started right up at 20F. With no block heater and one bad glow plug fuse. It has one fuse for each glow plug, which makes troubleshooting easier. Turbo whine starts building after about 30 seconds. Then drove to town and recorded as it was shut it down. The hydraulic block was already bored as big as it could be and worn out. So this engine has first-over 80mm,1.7 pistons from a KY block. Time to repair some of the rusty spots on the Rabbit. First video is of the work done on the right front. Hopefully this will inspire others to save their Volkswagen Rabbits. I've done this before and don't want to do these panels again, so I'm using stainless.     It is a turbo diesel, with a VNT-15 turbo. It's very reliable engine wise. I do need to do some work on the brakes. And the front suspension is a little stiff, could use some bilstein tourings.

    I am in the way to make an old volvo 240, with a 740 d24t engine, and I was investigating how to make a good system to control a vgt turbo, your ideia its very good, the throttle position makes input how the geometry opens

    What was the conclusion? Is this too loose? Mine is similar. It prints well but I would expect it to print better if this bearing fit were tighter

    My mistake, the other half of the fan is not supposed to go in first. The printed part becomes the new back.
