Have you even read the writings of John Calvin like his Institutes of Christian Religion. Make sure you do your due diligence and deep reading on the works/writings of John Calvin before making negative remarks since it will "only expose" your being lazy to exert effort doing "due diligence" and reading with deep thinking and being an "emotional" person rather a deep thinker.

I believe Paul Washer teaches faith as the foundation to salvation. The natural result of salvation by faith alone is goods works. Reformation theology teaches 5 Solas. One is Sola Scriptura( Scripture Alone) Two is Solus Christus( Christ Alone) Three is Sola Fide( Faith Alone) Fourth is Sola Gratia( Grace Alone) Fifth is Soli Deo Gloria(Glory to God Alone)

Mr. Washer says that professed believers who choose to live in deliberate sin should be “terribly afraid,” because they have not repented and are not saved. This is a false understanding of what it means to “repent,” and a false plan of salvation. Living a holy life is a matter of discipleship and consecration to serve God, and has nothing to do with receiving the free gift of eternal life by faith in Jesus Christ. Kindly, when I hear Evangelist Paul Washer saying you cannot write the date, time and place that you were saved in back of your Bible, because your life must evidence your faith to be valid, then I know Paul is not saved. Paul predicates salvation upon a changed life, which is works for salvation. That is reformation, not regeneration!!! God saves a man, and then the Holy Spirit changes that man, not himself!!!

God has his people. Those who listen, will hear, and follow Christ.

Yeah I guess if we have False Prophets that claim to speak in tongues and all. Yet nothing in the Charismatic Churches seems to be GODS TRUTH anymore amongst them. Then I guess God has to raise up voices that don't speak in tongues and all. But still are calling people to repentance from sin and the way of the cross. One way, or another. God will have a voice and a witness on this earth. Whether or not Paul Washer and John MacArthur are Calvinist. Of which I am not. At least they are calling us back to Jesus and the way of the cross, and to make sure we are in the Faith. I'm not a Calvinist. But I'm not against what Paul Washer and John MacArthur are trying to do. Tell us the truth and warn us of sin and eternity. I spent over 40 years in Charismatic Churches and I never heard anything but nonsense. The only way I was able to get the truth was to listen to David Wilkerson and Leonard Ravenhill. They spoke the Word of the Lord. I also had to find the truth in CHICK PUBLICATIONS and Their Comic books and GOSPEL TRACTS. I have some books by John MacArthur and I am glad I have had the chance to find out what the GOSPEL according to Jesus, The Disciples and Paul. Was all about. I want to be serious about Jesus and following him as Lord. There's a lot of things I don't know. But I intend to find out.

Not everyone who calls Jesus Lord is saved. The Bible says that the Lord knows those who are his and we who he knows are to depart from INIQUITY. I can't get away from this. I don't want to either. I want to be held by him in his arms and hear him say. Welcome Home. Then I will know it is for real and not a dream. That I don't have to wake up and say. It was all a dream. You know the Bible says that everyone who has this hope of seeing Jesus face to face. Purifies himself even as he is pure. They endeavor to not wilfully go back and live in and for sin. But for him who bought them out of sin.
