      There’s not a quick way to get there. It happens over time. Also, once you get to 800, there’s no difference in being 800 or 850 when trying to borrow

    Awesome thank you very much Chadwick. I recently was pre approved for a va home loan through United Veterans. On 1-5-24 I was awarded a 90% disability and also deemed static for each of my 8 claims and individual ratings. My combined rating is at 93% and I'm still working full-time at my job. I'll definitely be taking advantage of the VA home 🏡 loan. Yippee 🥳

    Good Information: I foreclosed on my VA loan for about $225,000. Fast forward seven years later to 2023 and I found this bonus entitlement online. Called and spoke to the representative who told me I was still entitled to $468,000 although my paperwork said $0 entitlement. Shockingly good news since I also became 90% and TDIU in the meantime. Planning to buy a house in the coming months.

    Does this scenario go for veterans with 100% service related disability? I heard you can put 0 down and closing costs are free too with this disability rating! I haven't purchased a home yet with my 100 rating, i have use a VA loan 40 years ago for 45k so would that be subtracted off my limit?

      Yes sir. Every situation is different and specific to each veteran. You can put $0 down and if you have disability, there is no funding fee charged from the VA. The seller can pay your closing costs and can even pay off debt to help you qualify. Yes, anything from 40 years ago would be subtracted off but that means you could still qualify for up to $720k at a minimum depending on the county and state
