Those are Watercolour dresses which might be discontinued... unsure. That is what I heard. You should be able to find them if they are still available on multiple sites, but I ordered ours from dfwga.com

They do not unfortunately but you could draft one using a large tank and sort of mimic the curve/slope to create the length. I really should upload a self drafted tutorial some day. I am away from home but when I get back I'll give it a go!
