Just picked up this set. Starting with the skull island build so I can do all three and end with the pirate ship since that'll be the display piece. Loving it so far. GREAT value for money and fun playable builds. ❤

For the license plate I printed out a custom one with my state on it. Fun builds on both of these!

I can understand emotional buying, but buying a lego set and days later talk yourself into returning because you dont know what to do with it is pretty crazy. Just seems like something a bored person with money would do to make a youtube video. Its like returning mac and cheese to the store after you've prepared it because you don't feel like it all of a sudden. It just doesn't seem something a straightforward thinking person would do.

I just bought my 8yo son the nyc, Paris & London skyline. He builds them and I add the LED kits. I think Tokyo and Dubai are next

Agreed, Toronto would be amazing. I went there over summer and loved it. The only thing is that other than the CN Tower, Blue Jays stadium, City Hall + sign, what else would they include? Toronto island, perhaps?

Dude money comes and goes. But this Home Alone set is a price for a lifelong time of childhood memories. Lego bricks with stand forever! You get to keep it for life.

Just $250? not $300? You got the set that is famous for never being on sale ever, in a sale with $50 off...and you returned it??? its 4000 pieces, for $250??? That is a bargain surely, break it up for parts when you are paying 6 cents a brick. Or get some blue or red slopes and remove the white so it fits in a summer style city then put the white back on for Christmas.

Your city set is subjective Home alone is classic and will live through generations- not just about u, so that probably why.

I recommend using the Lego Builder App to build MOCs first. You get piece count and printable instructions, and you also get to play with alt technics.

I bought one of these units. The cubby drawers are flimsy as heck. You cannot fill them up past 75% capacity or else they will jam up when trying to slide them out. These aren't the best option for everyone.

I already loved the architecture sets since they first came out. PLUS the architecture sets inspired the new harry potter hogwarts castle and grounds, which is one of the best HP sets ever. So now i love them even more!!! Dont even get me started on the new notre dam castle!!! Oh lord knows im getting that one asap

Those are the drawers I’m looking for. But I want them to have like 6x8” drawers. Do you know the biggest drawer size they come in? I couldn’t find anything bigger than about 4” in Amazon.

2005 road plate are looks so good it flat and fits for modular building I have that and make a city While the new one have a it problem fits city keep up u doing great
