Launched as a refreshing and semi-formal video series, these interviews aim to share the stories of individuals involved in the architecture field. Conversations shared here showcase insightful narratives and behind-the-scenes action to bridge the gap between student and work life. Looking at future episodes, TAS Communications team hopes to feature more of those who work within the department. Eventually, we hope that this video series will grow into something that everyone can learn from and enjoy.
ABOUT OUR GUEST:
CJ Lim
CJ Lim is the Professor of Architecture and Urbanism at The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment at University College London. He is the founder and director of Studio 8 Architects, an international practice in architecture, urban planning, and landscape design.
CJ Lim is known for his research work of Smart Cities, which explore themes of sustainability and social design in cities. His publications explore storytelling and spatial narratives of cities and architecture, with his newest book Dreams+Disillusions published in 2024.
