Welcome to Cellular Signal! This is a brief introduction to the world of Cellular Signal's new synthpop music for 2020. Cellular Signal was founded by Shayne White, an experienced musician from the San Francisco Bay Area who has composed electronic music for over fifteen years and has performed music publicly for over twenty-five years.
