I discovered Sam Phillips when her music was used in the movie Ruby In Paradise. Struck gold on both the movie and Sam as an artist.

These years had great music come out of Clapton with Derek and the Dominos and Delaney and Bonnie (Bramlett). Good Lord.

I remember seeing this on Letterman in the summer of 1983. There really wasn't anything quite like them and they blew me away. The drumming and percussion was simply phenomenal.

A very strong LP. Billy won't play that list of Songs but a few people have said 'it's basically a John Doe Album.' I don't think so but I don't know what that was about anyway. We got An Acoustic LP, a lot of good music on the 'See How We Are'/"Homeboy" period (including The Knitters, Auntie Christ, Flesheaters, Solo CDs, & so on...

Still the Best! August 19th, 20th at The Guild Theatre in Menlo Park,CA. Billy Zoom & the nicest Gretsch Guitar & a Conn Sax from Pre-War; a 'Naked Lady' model on Nausea, et al. DJ didn't break a sweat- great endurance! & John & Exene doing a nice Duet of 'See How We Are' & another encore in that great 'Mitch & Mickey' tradition on 'A Mighty Wind'. Yes - >X< 🎶💨🥀🎶🌹🎼👍

I had to be sure I wasn't 'typing' to the Mgr of BADFINGER & I feel safe that it's a very different lineage after I checked the names! Okay. That Band was always tight! Will Lee, Steve Jordan, Hiram, Paul - THEY could be the Band Mick Jagger calls going out on the road for a National Tour or two, three .. Read the Liner notes to Cyndi Lauper's 1st LP! Anton F & Will Lee - I think had a lot to do w/the great Sessions & she was/is a real Vocalist. I watch this Animals' medley for a short reminder of what I saw from the front row at the Wax Museum in DC '83 for The Ark Tour w/Eric B screaming in the Mic, not losing a note, pitch, ... He was going for it in a sleeveless sweatshirt w/the red dot/Japanese Flag on the front & the encore was JUST The Original ANIMALS' House Of The Rising Sun.👍 I drove to Pittsburgh for The Next night at The Stanley Theater. too .🤔 Sorry! I repeated myself due to the thrill of the Johansen medley & the Same JOY the Band got doing it!

I regret not knowing how much talent this band had and how much great music they released (not enough, of course) for so many years. When I was growing up, they were always the band with one hit and a teenaged singer. Later on as adult, I started going back and exploring many of the so-called "one hit wonder" bands from the 80s to see if there was more to them than just the hit. I was stunned when I listened to everything Bow Wow Wow had done. Incredible all around.

The performance is probably 110% professional and slick. So I blame the house audio.

All of them are astonishing, but let's not forget Ms. Gina Schock. Girl is *precise* and powerful. Immensely important in a drummer.
