Only problem is you can only have one effect for the scene. Can’t have multiple effects for some reason. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

I'm looking to install aluminum channel and led strip under my new porcelain steps uve built but it has open ends so have you ever bent the led strip around 90 degree corners under a step?
The classic needs to cast more light, diffuse more. Looks tiny
The best part about X Series is that you can have it shining outward for more of a Christmas light look (like in this video), or it can shine down on the house and creates more of a wall-wash look.

Where does the electricity come from? How do you connect the wire to source?
Great question. You would connect each line along a "trunk line" which is a main wire run, and it leads to a transformer unit which is low voltage and is mounted on the inside or outside of a home or garage. That is what provides the power to the lighting and that is what controls the lighting. We offer transformers for full color and white lighting, but here is a popular Haven Lighting transformer that we offer that works with our lights, and will also convert your existing system to smart lighting - havenlighting.com/pages/stratus-landscape-lighting-transformer

Hello! That is definitely on our radar for a future update, but we currently do not offer custom programming for music. We are constantly updating our app and that will likely be on a future update for X Series.

Please don't put wires so close to the sprinkler heads and valves.. those things have to be dug up when repairs are needed. Us irrigation guys have enough to do and without having to repair or work around wires.
How do you go about burying The wire under the grass 🤔 and how deep 🧐
Hello - You would use a trenching tool to make a split in the ground and then lay your wire. You can use a tool like this: amzn.to/47wezTk or you can just use a shovel. Bury the wire ~6"-8" deep, and then press the ground back on top of the wire. Try to place it in places where it will not be accidentally cut when planting flowers/plants. Same bulb wattage, angle degree , voltage applied/at fixture… etc etc? Doubt or question everything haha, but this one is fully out of laughable disbelief in difference while going into it expecting yalls/haven to be “better.”
Yes I was also very surprised when we filmed it. Everything was set up and matched as close as possible and the difference is pretty incredible (wattage, voltage, angle..etc all the same). We are known for our brightness, vibrancy, and beam spread and this was a good example of it. No camera tricks or anything like that - it looked the same in the room.

I'd live inside that model house but hey, I live in a 12 floor midrise co-op and is listed as an Illinois Historic Landmark and located on Chicago's famous Lake Shore Drive. Is Haven Lighting compatible with "Home Assistant" (an open source home automation system)?
Hey Todd - We are not currently compatible with Home Assistant but that is in the works. Our lights operate with the Haven Lighting app, and also can be controlled with Alexa

We are the biggest fan of Norm. The moth joke is the best of all time. In our opinion jokes are for retelling. Its the best tribute. Being fans of Norm we know some of his jokes (including our favorite, the moth joke) was not his. Retelling jokes is the way it is supposed to be. We know norm also agreed! RIP Norm. We are huge fans and can't wait to listen to more when we get there!

This saved me the work to get PoE network cables past the curb, so I can run LPR (licence plate recognition cameras) out near the curb. This made it very easy! 🍻

PLEASE publish a manual for Troubleshooting Haven Lighting, app and transformer. We don't have the time to watch 10 videos that in the end don't answer our questions. Too much chit chat by presenters makes it difficult to follow along.
