    Will/Did the one you made for Struggle have the Scruggs tuner / Keith D banjo tuner on the low E like Waylon’s? Thanks for the awesome video! Subbed!

      @@JBirdCustomsthanks for the reply!!probably safe to share the specs by now. I know many folks would be interested including myself. I’d love one with the Scruggs Banjo 🪕 tuner then move the Low E peg to the A slot…you can then gauge the converted A string with a thicker E string ..then of course keep the lower strings suoer lights string joy is my favorite and they’ll customize any set, handmade in Nashville (promoting solely as a fan and they’ll help custom gauge string sets of all kinds. Thank you again!

Wondering about doing both sides. does it tell you to flip the piece over? Does it tell you when to change bits? how about that speed... wouldnt it be faster on the finishing? seems like there wouldnt be as much wood to cut

    Hey man! I just discovered your channel and this awesome series on using Easel for guitars, great stuff, this helped me a ton! Question though: If I wanted to have the CNC drill out the holes for the strings/bridge, how would I go about putting that in the design? Or is that easier to do manually after the guitar body is cut? I see the CADD drawings have the string holes and I've played around with that a little, but I'm not sure if everything will line up perfectly once it's all done. Might have to cut a few prototypes to test. Maybe I just answered my own question lol. Either way thank you!

    It's not a mystery at all how these guitars are made for under $100 as Glarry is located in Fuzhou City Fujian China Cheap wood, cheap metal parts, low cost labor, and modern manufacturing methods (CNC) all make this possible. While these make a great cheap starter guitar, far better than the budget department store junk available back in the 1970's and 1980's that I remember from someplace like Woolworths, the excitement about these guitars eludes me. Sure you could change out the pickups, the tuners, and the bridge but you still have lousy wood and a neck diver isn't always easily fixed by moving strap buttons.

    • @JBirdCustoms
      @JBirdCustoms Рік тому

      Honestly I don't really remember how long it took but wasn't very long. Couple of minutes. Each machine is different so my rates may be much slower than what another machine can handle but may also be to fast for others. Dialing your feeds is a tricky thing and something that you'd really have to find where your machines runs best
