I put together Blessing Bags for our homeless neighbors here in the Savannah, GA, area, very similar to what y'all are doing. Food, hygiene products, etc., and they're always appreciated! And I always ask their name and introduce myself. I have made a basic relationship with many of them. Peace.

She is right on..once you have fallen you will never get up unless someone reaches down to help you and far too often they don't!

I do this in my town but anonymously.

this is where the word FAMILY step in...if FAMILY care for their own FAMILY, i think there's no HOMELESS...because if you ask them if they got family, children, siblings, parents definitely they have. ..so why they are not helping their own family... no matter what kind of person they are if they are drug addict, mentally ill, disabled it's our (family) responsibility to take care of them and not to disowned them.They need more FAMILY care...I pray for all homeless out there and i pray for those kind hearted people who understand their situation and doing effort to help them. care-bags.org God will bless you more in return.

Over 15 months later this man is clean, sober, employed and a vital part of his family and community. His story is proof that it is possible for heroin addicts to recover and live life.

hi dean its terry i havent been around lately cus i got locked up. whenever u pass out the packages this weekend could u please tell richard that im at a safe haven on california and roosevelt . and tell michael im not mad at him and not to feel bad i still love him. I go to court on the 14th. Thanks for everything youve done i really appreciate it.
