Thank you for another great episode. I think at times both of you fell into discussing this War as if NATO was a party. We are not and it must be priority #1 to keep it that way. Anyone who thinks otherwise are free to go to Ukraine to fight already. One could also get the impression that the West and NATO is doing nothing right, which is a bit strange since its the most successful alliance and strongest economies in history :) The major problem for Ukraine right now is manpower. And I am sorry to say, that this is not the fault of the West and NATO. That one is solely on Ukraine. Zaluzhnyi wanted to mobilize 500.000 men in fall of 2023. He got fired and nothing happened for more than 6 months where Zelenskyy and the parliament fiddled around and apparently was in no hurry what so ever. Around May 2024 they did get going, but now the the goal is 150-200.000 men. Meanwhile Ukrainian forces are greatly outnumbered and being worn down due to lack of rotation. Also I think you misunderstand what is going on in Donbas. Ukraine is trading land for heavy Russian casualties. That is a conscious strategy and not a problem in it self. If not, why would they allocate many of their best troops and weapons in Kursk? @anderspuck has done a video on this subject that is worth watching to understand this. Russia is burning their candle from both ends at the moment. That will come back to haunt them in about 6 months time. Until then Ukraine should keep doing what they do well at he moment: Let the Russians commit one senseless attack after the other and punish them for it. And keep hitting their oil and ammo infrastructure. There are so many signs Russia has major problems with recruitment, their Soviet stockpiles are running low. and the economy is in increasing trouble. Time does not favor Russia at all. But Ukraine must solve their own problems and recruit enough men and women.

I have nothing but respect for this great man and patriot. I remember him warning the world of the then imminent invasion of Ukraine by the orcs. He remained in Ukraine and fought for them until ordered to return back to the US.

I Have news for you gentlemen, Western Europe (old Europe) would only shed the compulsory crocodile tears if Russia defeats NATO, and the so called New Europe would be between a rock and a hard place if you get my drift, there is more than one war going on the European continent, but you know that dont you.

To me it seems Rostoks comes up with empty excuses regarding the red lines and Russia crossing them. He's basically trying to white wash the cowardice of the western decision makers. Not that successfully, I might add. Red lines shouldn't be set in the first place if there's no will to enforce them. Once set, the response of crossing them should be immediate and over proportional. That's the only language Russia takes seriously.
