Minibike build - part 2 - build your own
Mini Bike Built from scratch. Build your own! Plans available!
Minibke DIY project:
The frame is made of bent tubular steel. Welded using the TIG process. The tubes are bendend by an hydraulic press. All tubes are notched. All parts are handmade. For the wheel cores, tires and rims I used kart parts.
The engine is a HONDA GX replica with an electric starter and a reduction gear with centrifugal clutch.
Part 2 follow up with finishing the frame, mounting all parts together, the first firing up and the minibike in use....

This bike is sick! I love these builds!. I’ve made a mini ford ranger over on my channel… busted my arm testing it and have only just got back into it after surgery haha

What kind of setup is this? I'm a mini bike lover
Which kind of setup do you mean? The engine? It’s an reduction gear with 2:1 and a centrifugal clutch.
I@ma.le.kartworks I like that setup where did you come up with the 2:1 gear reduction. I thought for a moment you had remote startup. What all do I need to purchase to do mine the way your setup is?

Sehr geil gemachte Fortsetzung 😊👍 Den Batteriehalter habe ich gestern in Speyer erst gesehen. Ist ebenso wie der Seitenständer echt gut umgesetzt 🙌 insgesamt ein super Projekt. Bin auf weitere schon echt gespannt 👀
