You should do the egg thing with vegeta, he already can go supersaiyan by this point in the game, and he moves faster than any other characters (that are available up to this point) whilst in that state. Only managed to pull it off with super sayain Vegeta, was still annoying but much more bearable.

How I ran past the sa-X in that encounter is by tanking an ice beam and super missile, then jumping over and getting away at exactly 1 energy with no energy tanks

As someone who had this happen to me when playing Emerald emulated, the Ralts and Zigzagoon do have the potential to be shiny. In my case, Norman gave Wally a shiny Zigzagoon just for Wally to catch a regular Ralts. And if Wally catches the shiny tutorial Ralts, it'll just be a regular Ralts when you do end up battling him, rendering the shiny tutorial catch a mere taunt in the playe's face.

One seed just forced me to go ARC Sub-Zero Hall (thats the double turtle freeze Morphball Jump thing) to get Varia with 8 Energy Tanks... So you need to run through the big room, place a powerbomb and balljump in the gap before the blocks come back just to get in the room. The freeze damage throws you everytime in the opposite direction, so you can counteract for it but with the rest of the health you have after you get in the room, you need to freeze the turtles on the right spot, jump on them and through the puzzle while instantly taking damage... i tried it like 4 hours but wasn't able to do it, so i admited defeat and quit. Never tried that bull**** again, just played another seeds.
