I know this was only his rookie season, and i could be completely wrong about this years down the line, but i feel like this was a down year for what will be a great career in Green Bay for Bullard. In my eyes our DB room was a mess this season, Evan Williams and Jaire, arguably 2/3 of our best coverage guys get hurt and we have to ask a 26 year old Xavier McKinney to lead the room in his first season on the team. It was clear how inexperienced we were on the backend against the Vikings in week 17. These guys are all young and our defense still played well despite being down Evan, Jaire, and Quay for a short time. The next few years are gonna be special

Future star in the making, this play is what sold me. Evan Williams will be a stud safety next to McKinney for the next 3-4 years. Hopefully he can build on this season.

He not only is a smart player, he can play the run so well. Once I saw he punched the ball out I knew we had our safety for the next 3-4 years. And he reminds me of Micah Hyde too lol to top it off.

McKinney and Williams will be a top safety duo for the next 3-4 years. But to be honest, I just hope McKinney doesn’t take a step back next season because we’re going to need him at his best for this defense to be top 10. This pass rush ain’t getting nowhere if they don’t address it this offseason.

Lafleur needs to find a way to get Reed the ball. He is underutilized.

If he improves this offseason this safety group will be crazy. 🧀

Switching bullard to Nickle and Williams to Free Safety was such a good move. those guys showed flashes for them to be great in Hafleys Defense

Man. I’ve been a packer fan since I was 5. This is our best defense we’ve had since our Super Bowl run. We just can’t stay healthy all year which is gonna happen one way or another but we know what we can bring to the table now. I’m excited for next year & I hope we keep jaire. 💚💛

Evan Williams, Cooper, X, and Josh Jacobs were who won us a lot of games. If Coop can get more sacks in this next season and all the rest of his stats are the same, then it will be like watching prime Clay Matthews.

I just love Kraft, he just gives our offense such a backbone. He forces defensive players to bring it on every tackle. A real team player.

Future All Pro/Pro-bowler. So freaking physical. I love quay and haven’t given up on him but cooper kinda reminds me of Micah parsons the way he rushes from the inside. If I’m Hafley, I would use cooper like how Parsons was used during his rookie season moving inside and scheming him to blitz. I don’t know, he just has a natural instinct to be around the ball.

Josh Jacobs will come back with a vengeance next year. Dude is such a beast.

Real packers fan remember when we had Finley, Kraft is the tight end that has been the missing piece since the Jermichael Finley days. He’s a top 10 tight end in the league. Some can even argue top 5. His YAC is crazy, he’ll turn a 3 yard catch into a 15 yard gain. Not only that Kraft can block very good and that’s why he’s moved up on the depth chart over Musgrave. He’s a star.
