nice work. Id be interested in what you are eating, i appreciate what i eat in a day videos have been done to death BUT i think its always good to get ideas (do you eat before training etc / supps). I mean im a 108kg man so im not looking to copy just find it helpful!

I use a little fan after wiping it down. Air circulation helps a ton in drying.

Genuine sweat and tears - no blood fortunately- left on the box floor. Incisive and probing analysis as ever. I think as my thrusters are weak, esp on the heavier weights, I'd get the row out of the way quicker to spend more time pondering poor life choices in the barbell. Make sense, or doomed to failure? 😮
Hahah pondering your life away. I understand that! Might catch you out though as you’ll be super tired for the thrusters. I’d say still go easier but not too easy then try to attack them as much as you can 🙏🏼✨
Interesting JumpRope System! I’m in the US and have been using the CrossRope Get Lean System for over 10 years. I like the fact that you can cut and adjust your ropes to your desired length 👍 Thank you! ➰

I broke the DU into 25-25-25. Even when I tried to go unbroken I ended up breaking and it took longer. BE CLEVER and not a big man 😉🔥

Semifinals are not gone. They are just in-affiliate now and not an actual event. Top 1% will advance from the Open into Semis. Semis will then qualify for the games. You can also qualify for the games through a sanctional, but you still have to be in the top 1% in the Open.
Apologies. I meant, the competition that was the semifinals is gone and only the top 1% are really given the opportunity to participate in actual competitions.

Great vid! I've booked myself to go a couple of classes or the first time in a week or so! I've got a varied background of rugby, weightlfting, & bodybuilding but have a number of injuries/issues I'm aware of restricting certain movements and I lack some mobility - in your opinion is this going to be a big issue? I want to try everything but I'm wondering how to go about conveying these issues to coaches when I believe the classes will have at least 10-15 people
Hopefully you know your own limitations as to what you can and can’t do based on your injuries. If in doubt, even in bigger classes, the coach should always be open to answer questions so just go up and ask!

Hey! Thank you for sharing the info. I'll start the treatment in a couple of days. I'm a runner, so it's kind of a different type of exercise, but it still helps to know it's not that dramatic. I've been dealing with acne for 11 years now and it affects me, mentally and emotionally, more then ever, so I decided to take the treatment now, even if that means I'll have to stop running (💔). So I'm glad I keep finding people that say they still worked out while taking isotretinoin. Keep up the good work! 💪🏼🏋🏼♀

Hi I went to my local gym to do a crossfit type class (Cross cage). The instructor was cocky like most people won't be able to do the class correctly but we will do it anyway. With a sort of military vibe. 🪖 I went all out and then I suffered blood pressure drop after 15 min. (Needing to lay down to not pass out) I do exercise swimming and strength the past 6 months (background) Hopefully I will find a better instructor and definitely take your advice to be progressive and take it slow. 😊😊😊 At least I know i can push myself 😅😅😅

Interesting alternative here that I will keep in mind. I just prefer those separated compartments especially with shoe compartments and separate my work, WOD and shower gear separately. The whole traveling cubes to set would feel so hectic imho. Great review and insights :)

What is the effective temp for the cold water and how long should you stay in it?
Anything below 15 degrees is considered cold water immersion. The time will depend on how often or if you have done it before. I’d say aim to start with a total of 3 minutes and increase over time ☺️☺️
