I assume when you mention tweak you meant make a legal list ;) Some vehicle rules have changed but the PzIV can only make an advance move at half rate which is 4 1/2" (same as v2!)

Nice game but how did you buy the hellcat by itself? I think you have to have at least 2 vehicles in an Armoured platoon.

Tell me more about "Plymouth Rules." Can't find a summary of them online, but I am intrigued. Seems like a solid system. Does the 50 point wargear limit include vehicle cards like Ablative Armor or are those cards counted separately?

I know it is only a game, but a Hellcat hitting a Puma in the side is instant death! That is the game system, not your fault.

As always guys, nice figures and lovely terrain with great banter. But c'mon lets max out those officers, especially the Germans - they can have 5 men, so make them that small squad and start using their extra snap to. They can make a huge difference when used properly. Imagine a Veteran German Major with 4 men around him. He could snap to 5 x other units and his own. Useful. 😁

Jas' list is illegal as an armoured platoon requires a minimum of 2 vehicles.

Thing with 3rd is there is no set rule for certian things, alot of it is off the top of your head

I still play 3rd edition for my solo games pretty fun. Probably wont ever try a newer one

Hey guys you cant run into a building and shoot out the same turn

How did the ritish squad get into the central building? The only door is on the German side. If they simply climbed up onto the roof, then the no HE rule for the building would not be in effect as you are shooting at the troops on the roof, and not at the building.

If you have great historical games don't know why you do the weird stuff.

Besides the dice rolls... Why did you deploy and move closer to the ennemy with a shooting army? Shaky cam does nothing to help enjoy it.

Ran GSC back in 2nd Ed; they were so nasty. 99-point Brood Brother units with bolters and Hatred, Thudd Gun batteries, dropping Genestealers into CC fast with Displacement or Gate with Catalyst for a 5+ on 2D6 save and 8 Attacks each..... Man, I miss that army...

Wow, what a game! Great to see genestealer cults - was it picked from codex army lists or did they have a section in the tyranid codex?

Loved the paint job on those hybrids - the skin colour is just the right shade of pink to conjure up nostalgia for the old Space Hulk artwork. As for the Dark Angels, as a long time player I have to recommend you get a Chief Librarian. With access to three excellent decks of psychic powers, they're some of the most powerful models in the game, almost indestructible with powers like Iron Arm in play, and lethal when they get to conjuring up vortexes and similar. Btw. your commander was the _company_ master, not the chapter master. That would be Azrael. 🙂
