Hello!
My name is Jamie Potts, I'm 28 years old and I live in a place called Dereham, in Norfolk (United Kingdom). I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia since 2017 but likely had it much, much longer.
This channel is going to be dedicated to educating people on life with Fibromyalgia and is also going to tell my own, personal story.
Things you can expect from this channel:
- Regular vlogs (both when flaring up and when absolutely fine)
- A 5 part mini-series about the various aspects of living with Fibromyalgia
- An introduction video

Actually far worse. I do plan to start uploading again soon, but I’ve been saying that for months. Who is Dr Sarno?
@@fibromyalgiafighter901 he wrote a book ,name ( Mind and body prescription, healing back pain ) please do read . And there are Nichole Saches and Dr schubinar and Dan Buglio they help lot of people, I also have back stiffness and spasm and listening their podcast

Are you sure you don't have EDS?
Yes I have heds but say my heds has caused fybromyalgia because I have autism ADHD to check out Dr lenz causation
Im sorry, 28 years here. Symptoms have come and gone over the years, always something new. Its hard to know when we are truly sick with something else. I had pneumonia for two weeks before i realized i should go to the Dr. Too sick for travel but you are a good travel advocate.
Thanks for your comment! I’ve resorted to using a wheelchair lately and that’s been a tough transition but a lot has happened over the last few years. I’ll be uploading again in a few weeks time with some life updates and hopefully will be a bit more frequent with them so hope to see you back here. I’m sorry to hear about the pneumonia, are you okay now?

Great channel content I have fibromyalgia as well as spinal problems which has caused me to be bed bound now I know how you feel and what your going through so good to see more awareness on fibromyalgia need any help or just someone to chat to I’m here regards Simon
Hi Simon, thanks for your comment! Sorry to hear about your spinal problems, and to hear you’re bed bound, I am *at times* so whilst I have no idea how you feel I partially know how it feels. Feel free to reach out at any point, my videos release every Friday at 5pm UK time (at the moment), they’ll become more frequent in time. No release this week as I’ve managed to catch COVID :(
