Do you have to relocate the aircon pump at all, or does the downpipe manage to clear it?

If you have the jdm Nissan skyline 350gt you will to modify the hot side going up to the turbo mount to get clearance for the starter

Hello, one question, how many oil are you using with oil pan spacer, because, in my case, my oil return line, is giving issues and a little bit of oil are passing to the downpipe... The turbo is New...

@@mhcsickness2475 ok, but that extra oil doesn´t give you troubles with the oil return line, because in my case, the extra oil is return to the turbo and leak to the downpipe.

How did you manage to get the AC lines out of the way. Wanting to do a custom top mount but AC lines are an issue.
Honestly just pulled them enough to squeeze the pipes through their . Ac was working fine after the install still so pulling them didn’t harm them at all

Sup bro just bought a boosted 350z DE. I was wondering if you can help me out with some questions. I found some black speckles in the coolant reservoir and there’s some white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Could just be a coolant leak. But the speckles, I really don’t know what it could be unless it’s a blown valve cover gasket or headgasket. I just wanna diagnose the problem
It’s tricky to say about the black speckles, How does the motor sound ? Any knocking sounds or anything out of the ordinary? If it was me bro I would do a full tune up . Spark plugs Oil change And flush the coolant system Just so u can know if the speckles appear in ur coolant system again u know theirs something wrong .
@@mhcsickness2475 everything sounds perfect, doesn’t sound like there’s any misfires . Going to to do all the necessary maintenance stuff like you said and then we’ll see if there’s a issue

Just a tip for those of you that can't get the back piece of the downpipe in. You need to do it BEFORE you put the cross over pipe from the passenger header on. So just drop that pipe, and it rotates into place as you push it up into the engine bay.

How has your setup held up over the last year? How's that no name Rev9 turbo? What would you co sider as a good replacement turbo that wouldn't need extra fabrication to the pipes? I'm thinking of getting that kit after I build a DE engine
it’s holding up , Ive been thinking of making a video to show you guys what I did . The actual turbo that would be a good set up without any complications is the turbonetics kit bro .. it’s a little more pricier but well worth it .
use ticon vband clamps and any exhaust gasket material
I had to cut the fire ring out of 2.5 inch gaskets and placed it between the pipes and sealed with the clamp, it worked perfectly! It was hard to get clamp on, but fixed all of my leaks.

Isn't it less of a headache to just drill a hole in the oil pan rather than buying a spacer? Where I live, I can't really get my hands on a spacer that easily, so I will only do that if it's really better. Is it really better?
Search for the original turbonetics kit installation instructions PDF, it walks you through drilling the hole. Since the pan is 2 pieces, you drop the bottom part of the pan and drill in the middle part, very easy to do

Oil pan spacer Gtr injectors I believe their 750cc bro Walbro 255 gas pump Up rev tune Mishimoto radiator / slim fans O2 oxygen sensor clamp on bung .. ( to move o2 sensor from old stop to new spot - witch is on the hot side of the turbo ) I thinks thats basically all u really need in the performance part bro . Google everything and they should pop up 👍🏼

Great video, I’ve installed the tread stone and turbonetics kits they fit good, but the Godspeed kit I had to re weld that pipe over the rack and I cut out the v hands and welded in some indexed v bands. I’m going to do a rev9 install next month soon as there back in stock so thanks for the info, it seems like it’s pretty much the same as the Godspeed fitment. 👌 Also if you need any help with any fuel system or tuning problems let me know I can help. Believe it or not I used ur video as reference to see how I would tackle this one down . 👍🏼 Exactly like the Godspeed kit, the v bands are horrible on the rev nine so I would get better ones before the install .. also the bolts that mount the turbo to the down pipe with the wastegate are big and are a pain in the butt to tighten down since they are big, so my advise on that is to buy slimmer ones .. 👍🏼 I think I mite take you up on that offer bro 🙏🏽, thank you . Have you had any problems with the Mishimoto radiator fans? I heard they overheat on the single turbo kits.
No issue here .. I’m running a mishimoto radiator as well with the slim fans . And I’m located in Vegas so it gets hot hot here .. 🤙🏼

Your wastegate is attached to where? You had two lines coming out - I wasn’t sure where you said
Waste gate . If u have a boost controller top nipple of the waste gate goes to it . Side nipple on waste gate goes to ur intake manifold and T’s off to the blow off valve . 👍🏼

How do I mount the intercooler?
Sorry for late respond never noticed ur comment hope u were able to mount it .. If not I used “ L brackets from Home Depot and self tamping screws “ to mount it
Or if you have a zakustech bash bar yiu can weld the intercooler to that

Running great Before the install I would recommend heat wrap the headers if possible but definitely heat wrapping the hot side of the turbo . 👍🏼 Best of luck

Yes it is .. keep the boost at 10pounds max if ur keeping the engine stock .. if u live in a hot place .. heat reflector tape on ur pipes, and air vents on the hood to keep everything from Over heating and it will be good 🙂👍🏼
He's right, deffinatly dailyable, but be ready to wrench on it just in case. Mine drove awesome as a daily, but blew at my first track day.

Lance Mclean you just gotta go buy I think or I don’t remember if it comes with the kit . But it’s a screw that has like a nipple where u clamp down the hoes on.. take the spacer to ur local auto parts place so u can make sure is the rite size screw ... it has threads on one side and a nipple literally on the other side so u can put a hoes on it .

nicolas mccarter my 02 sensor is actually in a different spot bro.. I left the old one in the original spot . Then bought another one did a hole on the pipe that runs back from the turbo and placed it their . Those that make sense?
Kinda makes sense but I’m wondering how did you put the actual pipe in there. I was hopefully you was going to show how you put it in but ya didn’t. The pipe off the turbo is on just the pipe after isn’t cause I can’t get it up there.
