Unboxing My 1st Order from Purple Carrot
I received my first order from Purple Carrot which included ingredients and recipes for three dinners. Purple Carrot is a company which sends you fresh ingredients with recipes to make healthy vegan dinners. Everything appeared to be fresh and still quite cold despite sitting outside my house for several hours.

While we were heading to catch the shinkansen from Kyoto to Osaka, we stopped in awe to watch this beautiful water display in front of the train station.
Osaka Sky Garden Observatory

Towards the end of our (my boyfriend & I) almost a month long trip in Japan, we visited the Osaka Sky Garden. We saw a great view of the city & it was absolutely beautiful at night time!
That a mantis rabbit behind the tree, I think it is.
