Are you sure that flat number translates like that? Because as far as I been able to very it's about 2~3 seconds.

I'm really curious about the 'Increases BUFF DURATION by 1900' flat number too. I can’t find any clear explanation about it anywhere, just like with other flat stat numbers.

@@sherlockyt yes, that how it works, and with calculation on schaledb, with a team of I.Mari, I.sakurako, I.Mine, U.Asuna, Nagisa then a maxed Satsuki can do around 10-12k dmg per max cost ex skill, and the boss give a lot of cost buff already so cost buff sub skill is not really needed anymore

​@@PorwahhThe normal buff duration and debuff retention for everyone is 10000, so the buff duration increase of 1900 will result in 11900 buff duration, effectively 119% of normal.

New boss is fun AF, but I'm very afraid of how hard it's gonna be from insane and above.

@@sherlockyt not so fun for people like me who hit pity with no pickup on both idol and seia/asuna gacha and gave up on both asuna and sakurako XDD. didnt have the rocks to potentially commit to double pities on those banners.

If you do the math, you'd think that 24 would be amount of 3* stars you would get, but sadly probability standardizes in extremely large sample sizes. So, probably you just got a bit under average luck this time around

The skills says "duplicates the state of the card" so at the moment of cloning it copies all the modifiers. However, I'll do some testing and if you are right I'll issue a correction in the pin comment

​@@sherlockytyeah just mentioning it cause that's how buffs fundamentally work on the game. I'm assuming the state of the card thing is referring to stance change stuff. Dhina especially has a couple of quirks with rio.

@@ferdog5057 Yeah, I thought about it, but the game some times has weird wording. For example the game uses "modified stated" in Kirara's kit when talking about her normal attack being affected by her EX which is a self buff. However, with Toki it does not use "state" uses "changes to". That's why the snap shot theory is going around

Sakurako is about to become very valuable because of Geburah. Idol Mari is good, as it covers the Kokona role in scenarios in which you'd want her, but you can use her due to armor issues. I think they are worth getting, specially as we are also getting a new difficulty tier and having more characters that can perform similar roles could be handy when we need to fill up multiple teams.

@@BoneyGaf if I recall correctly, Chokmah deals neutral damage until floor 75, so for tiers 1 to 3 you don't need to worry a out armor. S. Azusa has a fairly good chill DoT and Midori and Casual Say have decent poison.

Looking at the list of damaging debuffers on SchaleDB and filtering by heavy armor we have: Chise (10% to inflict per auto attack), Shigure, Misaka, Renge, Saori (swimsuit) and Marina (qipao). Swimsuit Saori and Qipao Marina are still easily the best here as the others debuffs don't have that high of a multiplier. If you include light armor: Azusa (swimsuit), Michiru, Chise (swimsuit), Moe, Meru and Hibiki (cheer). Technically if you bring midori and momoi together you can apply poison and burn but team slots are limited so... it might be tough. Swimsuit Azusa is by far the best light armored as again, she has significantly larger multipliers on her debuff. Base Saya, Casual Saya (if you have bond gear) and Saki are notable in that their debuffs are on their basic skill and not the EX, but the Sayas have better uptime than Saki. (They're not high multipliers, but they're don't cost skill gauge at least) Technically you also have Juri, but i don't even know if Juri, can inflict poison on Chokmah because it can't move. Also the multiplier sucks, just don't. And regarding special armor students, there are strategies that involve using units with attack debuffs like Cycling shiroko, Ibuki/kotama basic skill and healing/shielding to keep them alive, so you could use special armor units like Shiroko Terror, NY kayoko and Swimsuit Iori technically, it'd just require more babysitting and unique teambuilding. it's hard to answer any questions conclusively without knowing who you do and don't have though.

@@bjc21 Thanks! Wait so Burn works on Chokmah too? I was under the impression it was just Chill or Poison but that might be because Reijo only buffs those two and not burn and just assumed incorrectly.. I’ll probably start grinding Casual Saya and figure out who else can complement her. I have Swimsuit Chise but her cost so high and Shigure but I haven’t built her.

@@BoneyGaf to my knowledge, yes it should. According to the schaleDB translation “Continuous damage taken from debuffs also damages Chokmah's Reactor Gauge.” So theoretically, even things like the one of effects from Misaka (Railgun girl) or Cheerleader Hibiki would technically work. And if those are the DOT (damage over time) units you have, then yeah it would probably be easier to borrow S. Saori and just have Saya on the backline, focusing your resources (artifacts eleph and such) on healing and dps units for the raid. (Though it’s possible that bringing along another buffer (ako kisaki himari) would do more than saya, just a matter of your specific rotation and such.)

Seia, regardless of her effectiveness buff, will be good almost everywhere thanks to her elastic armor and yeah the shield will help her quite a bit :D

Depends on your needs. I would recommend Hoshino, because of her versatility, but Shiroko Terror is also very very strong.

Well, the future could change things, special buffers are starting to come into the game in a very similar way that debuffers came into the game before Gregorius, so we may get content for her soon-ish.

@@sherlockyt I sure hope so. Regardless, even if she were to be the worst unit in the game I will get her just cause she is Asuna. Also, when is the next stream?
