God forgave Cain's sin. But Cain was cursed by God as punishment. The punishment being Cain could no longer sleep properly. He got insomnia. He couldn't grow food himself to eat. The land wouldn't respond to him. He had to go to other people and beg them for food. Or earn food through employment. He used to speak directly to God, all the time as friends. He lost that privilege too. This curse Cain beared until he died, then he went to Heaven.

People have to understand Kenny lost his wife and child and then he lost another woman he had fallen in love with sure Clementine has lost a lot of people but I think Kenny has every right feeling the way he does

I love how much emotion the VA for Clementine puts into this particular scene. You can hear her hesitation to have this conversation, and the deep sadness that she feels upon telling Kenny that she shot Lee, that quickly turns to anger and frustration towards him for making it about him when everyone else, especially Clementine has lost loved ones. The slow, minimal zoom in as she confesses really adds to the scene as well
