Neither of us wants to sell the home. She was granted exclusive possession of the home during the divorce proceedings. She CAN buy me out, but is refusing to do so. What happens?

I did the homework thanks to the Internet…..comps and of course apartment buildings are tricky…this sale occurred october 2011……………..and was told this was a buyers market…..i see it as m realtor did not want any cobrokering,and the buyer was looking in my building prior to my apt being for sale as told to me by other broker in building..who represented my buyer he was not sold the apt obviously………………never said a word ,I WAS informed by doorman,and other realtor my broker became incensed which was the beginning of many insulting remarks by the Halstead Broker…bad experience…she also convinced me to LOWER THE THE PRICE……….RED FLAG ALREADY FAVORING BUYER…………NO FIDUCIARY HERE….WISH I HAD SUED!
happened to me……no disclosure of explanation or approval i just signed the contract……that being said…..it is in the contracts for Halstead the Dual Agency capability…even though the realtor did not bother to explain,also my lawyer never red flagging it………..so???? what do you do when it looks like collusion for the buyer yes……….no respect for me/left to believing that her buyer that showed up from internet unrepresented does not want to sign anyway…but leaving me feeling like I was thrown under the bus! or duped..you must demand that two buyers always are in the mix so that the Dual Agency is not misused………….

Great job explaining the "Doing it yourself" home selling project. There is a reason professionals build a lifetime of commitment helping others sell real estate. I recently learned that a seller for sale by owner who doesnt know that she priced her home $10-$15K less than what she could have sold it for. The reason, she wanted to save in Realtor's commissions. But based on the math, she could have paid both realtors, net more, with the $15K less than she could have sold it for.
I grew up there! What a nice sight to see. Thanks for posting!
Suggestions: 1. Drop the commentary 2. Instead of just zooming still pictures, have someone walk through the home with a video camera running. That combination would be much more useful.
