In this case, i used it because back in 1960s and 1970s, they used such derogatory term to describe some countries in africa and latin america.

I agree with you. Nigeria is also a country that has the capacity to host the Olympic games. I think two more countries in the same regional economic blocks can also host them together. As an example, EAC countries can host the games together.

Uganda has 6 billion barrels of established oil deposits from less than 20% of explored land for oil. So you can expect the total deposits to increase in the near future given the ongoing exploration. Plus the pipeline is also expected to offtake oil from eastern DRC where significant oil deposits exist, as well as oil from South Sudan.
