cool car
Ever do any panning there mate? Usually nice and quiet ? I 5end to dig in deep in woods point or Buckland valley way…
What a beauty. Inspiring . Enjoy your "new" boat.
I have a 86 MK Patrol it was a SD33T but was getting hot and tried so i custom fitted a VN 5L and a TH700 and used a L28 Mq Patrol remote transfer case it eats the 79 series and keeps up with a Y62 on the road i have a video on youtube with it in a mud hole.
Its sounds like you have a beast of a MK Patrol.😀
Thanks for the video! My Esee 5 just arrived. Those 2 plastic cards aren't warranty cards. They are survival tips, and they are the size of normal credit cards. You would want to put 1 in your wallet, and keep the other for backup, or inside another wallet.
I hope you enjoy the knife as much as i do
Walking through those leaves your making enough noise to scare the wildlife away. 🤣
Lucky they can not hear that well then 😂
She looks so different without the RTT.
And she drives a lot lighter also. 😀
Happy birthday Mike enjoy your day❤
Thank You 😀
👍
Enjoyed you ride be safe❤
Beautiful mk mate. Welcome to the club. Have you got Insta?
Sure do so check it out and leave a comment😀
I am looking at options for a trailer and looking at installing adjustable height legs or a design that can allow the tent to free-stand. thought of getting some modular storage racks that can act as stands when required, thus giving me more layout options and freeing up the car.
Good info. For me, having a glass-breaker on your survival knife, is a must.
I agree 100% with you on that one.
Very nice knife Mike!
Indeed it is and it is definitely a keeper!
How often do you season it? Once a year, or season a few days in a row? Thanks. Shluld you dry insde the swag before closong to dry outside?
I like to do once a year if i use it a lot.The swag should be fully dry inside and outside before packing away.
The netting is to keep fruit bats away as well ( thats what dad said any how 😁)
Teach me how to use that ❤
Nice review, owned the same watch for almost 2 years, sold all my other expensive watches as they weren't getting any wrist time.
I wear mine daily and now have it on the steel bracelet. I still have other flieger watches but this is my favourite by far and a keeper!
@@greatsouthernlandadventures68 I've pretty much warn mine every day, even when I switch to a different watch, I'd go back for the iwc the same day. I didn't get the bracelet as thought it suits a leather strap better but the bracelet is really good quality.
Cute
🤟😁
my town
At first we didnt think that Tommy would go that far, but as you can see, he is doing really good. We were prepared to put him into the car, (he would have gone to the car if he had have enough.) But he didnt go near the car, so he soldiered on!
Yep,Tommy is a champ!🙂
Very informative
Thanks and am glad you enjoyed it
Other than that, good review
Buy a 🎤
I might have to invest in one soon 😄
@@greatsouthernlandadventures68 i thought it sounded pretty good
Wow the water went down quick. A few weeks ago, you could not drive this road as it was flooded.
Yes it did not take long for the water to subside.
K😊
The reason we strip the coatings, especially away from the cutting edge, is because it actually retards the cutting ability of the blade. I have several carbon steel knives without the coating and with proper use and care I haven't ever had rust issues.
I have never had any issues with the knife the way it is but each to their own i say
Good vid mate, Just about to maybe purchase the Burke and wills king single swag, has it been good for you so far? No major issues?
I have to say it is one of the better swags out there and i have been through about 4 in the past and this is a certain keeper. A solid and strong swag and will do the job even when the going gets tough.I am sure you will be happy with it so let me know how you go if you buy it-cheers
@@greatsouthernlandadventures68 Thanks for that Mike!
@@ryanj9731 All good!
Correction guys the Eskabar knife is not a BK7 but BK14 🙂
Not the best spot for camping at that time of year but sometimes you just have to make do.
Alot has changed there now.
That is for sure and it is now owned by the Big 4 chain so no pets or permanents allowed.
This place is the only place that DOES NOT HAVE 'NO CAMPING SIGN', so every time I go past this place there is always a van or some type of sleeping vehicle there.
It's a top little spot to have a break when travelling
Tommy does not look happy.
You might like to also try the Chiltern National Park and also the Beechworth area as they have plenty of good tracks to explore and not that far from Albury/Wodonga
Thanks, Beechworth is on the list but I will look at Chiltern too 🙂
Hi! I'm really glad I found your video, my partner and I are looking to start hiking in the area (we're in Albury). This location is the first place I wanted to start because it seems fairly beginner. We just spent a few days camping at the Walnuts by Mitta. Could you recommend some other beginner walks within 50-80km of Albury? Looking online sends me to mt buffalo or Gippsland tracks, not much local. Thanks for the great video 🙂
It is a nice area and i am sure you will enjoy just as much as i do
How warm do you get in this swag if its all closed up.
Quite warm but still plenty of room to move around
Good capture of the rocks and water splashing.
Where's Tommy?
In the back seat
I can't watching 😌
Did you try to stay inside?you are tall guy🤩
yes i sleep inside and very comfortable also
How many people accupied inside your new tent?
@@ermamagpale2986 Single only
And that is using your mobile phone? that is great quality.
yes lot better then my older camera
I get the impression that it was much steeper in real life than it appears on the video. Looks very adventurous. I like the water spotted near by.
Yes 4wd low range
You accidently captured some good sound of birds songs in the background.
He did too. they sound great. thank goodness he didnt get the keol bird, everyone is complaing about that bird atm. mUst be mating season for them.
Yes great bird life here also
Wow looks so mystical with the rain
Wow impressive chimneys. Don't go down those santa
😆
I think I been there once, good birdwatching up there and good views of the mountians
yes a great spot for that and great views
🏵🌹🌺🌻🌼🌷🌱🌿 Gorgeous nature at its best.

A few days later, we headed for our first house sit and while we were at our first house sit, we found out that, that camp spot got flooded out so bad, it got onto the news.
