my friend got plastic surgery to totally alter his appearance and has this challenge energy

I have 2 18-9s and insecure that I am not as powerful as those with 9s. I know this is an insecurity of mine maybe stemming from my challenge 20-2. does 2 18-9s equal a 9-9 or its not meant to be seen that way? best. also if the power is so strong, how can me eating the wrong foods and drinking the wrong drinks stop its connection? breaks me. I thought spirit was more powerful than matter.
