For those who don’t understand: Go to the gym
lol this is awesome. Fr tho I’ve never seen anyone use those things
@@WeirdWolf-xm3ly they’re cool!
@@nick-cox lol maybe I should try em out sometime
I always think about it😂
why would you need directions there if youre so consistent? 🤔
@@kipskip_546 it’s recommended, you don’t actually use it . Android user?
@@nick-coxchild, they’re typing on an iPad and don’t even know that maps recommends frequent locations 😂
@@MeAndChips 😂
Damn.. well...... i could care less😀
Very annoying. Extremely. 😂
I don't say it wrong I say what I mean and when I say it I am saying I have the ability to care less meaning I still care some just not a lot because to say you couldn't care less means you have lost all sense of caring but unlike most people I care about everyone except for really really bad people now other people who say I could care less well I cant speak for them
What about 4 to 6 rep range ?
Yessss!!!!!! So many people say it wrong and it’s so Aggravating 😂😂😂
@@Frenchy123 I’d even say that more people get it wrong than right
I am no scientists but i don't think it's healthy for muscles to explode
That’s literally just progressive overload
@@AndrewLeDucTL Yeah
@@nick-cox just say use progressive overload
@@AndrewLeDucTL some people (beginners) need it broken down. Thanks for the suggestion tho
@@nick-cox damn bro why you so nice😭
100% only 4am works out and pancake cheat meals bro
If you use drugs to perform at other peoples level, you’ll never improve without it and become more reliant on it over time
Obviously it's both
Well I wouldn’t need caffeine for something like that
Heart attack from overdose is not placebo
I once double dryscooped pre-workout, and nothing happened. IM IMMUNE!!
The amount of uneducated people here is crazy. Caffeine blocks adenosine, a chemical that promotes sleep, from binding to its receptors in the brain, keeping you alert. Also it helps with adrenalin and noradrenalin receptors resulting feeling more awake
You can build immunity to it. Take a month off and itll hit a lot harder
I can drink 10 coffees with three times the caffeine and still fall dead(asleep as nothing is waking me up) three seconds after
Caffeine does not do anything to me unfortunately
Yes, it works. I've been drinking coffee for so long, it takes 5-10 cups to have the "intended" affect. I usually drink 1-3 a day so I don't get headaches
It definitely works
I'm pretty sure the auditory hallucinations, hand-shaking, and anxiety aren't placebo effects to drinking a little too much caffeine that day. If you're not feeling the desired effects, you need to up your dosage. Just as with any drug, you can develope a a tolerance to it, or you're just simply not getting a sufficient dose in the first place.
if you’re hallucinating due to caffeine then you’re either lying, mistaking something for hallucinations, or you actually already have such a problem and the caffeine just intensifies/triggers it
Bro caffeine is a drug. Once ingested in whatever form you WILL feel the effects.
Nah caffeine is good for your nervous system in moderation, it's also good for circulation, especially when it's from coffee... among many more.
@@lakovos_kritikossnoree
@@lakovos_kritikosit’s still a drug. Nearly all drugs are good in moderation.
I dont fell anything after using caffeine.
@@taiyozada prob something to do with your absorption, or you just don't need it.
I dunno but when I drink monster my vision goes blurry and i get dizzy and shaky. So I think it works tbh and not placebo
Yeah something you can overdose on isn't placebo haha. Go have 6 cups of coffee in an hour and tell me caffeine does nothing.
Nope. Its not placebo. 😂
Depends if you are a bigger person you will need more but if you are smaller you will need less so basically it depends wether or not you are on a bulk or a cut
Thank u brother
not very good if u don’t eat and sleep well
Just?
I have a dislocated hip and torn muscle, I don't think the gym would help that much
Get that fixed, doing nothing about it is still going to be bad
Physical therapy repair yourself then workout
Bro I'm 14 and I'm going since idk 1.5 yrs I'm not seeing progress I'm going under depression by this please help me
eat more train harder go 3x a week train to failure
@@Bookphotocopier1288he’s in Highschool he doesn’t exactly have too much control about that
Even if you have not seen any progress, you have trained your mind to be consistent and to keep going regardless of your depression. You are strong my friend!
Maybe your eating habits are off, I started seeing more results when I started fasting to push myself into a calorie deficit
Yeahh, 4-5 is too much. You grow muscles at home, not at the gym. Your body needs rest in order to build. 4-5 times leaves not enough time for rest and therefore progress. Less train, more sleep and protein.
@@patkany-cw9eo while I agree you need a good diet and rest. 4-5 is not “too much”.
It depends on how much you push yourself those 4 or 5 days but it's not too much
Its not easy.. but nothing worth having is
@@nick-coxits depending on the person and how they want to look, not everyone wants to get bulky
its not too much but u should be focusing on different muscles every time, it is actually better to go and exhaust yourself completely then have 2 days rest, rather than doing little by little every time u come

Are you paying?
Do calisthenics until you can afford gym membership yourself
@@hunter66630whats the good tip for someone who literally has no idea and can't do a single pull up yet
Science based info : When doing bicep curls, you should bend your wrist back so it's aligned with your forearm and keep it that way throughout the curl. This helps to activate your biceps more and reduce the involvement of your forearms.
Haha

I LOVE when people use a squat rack for curls.
I was scared and thought I had skin cancer
Bro that is so not correct. Jay Cutler and Lee Haney spent their whole career doing 8 -12 reps. They have 12 Mr Olympias between them.
Have you ever heard of steroids ? Talk to me if they were natural building all that muscle in the 8 to 12 rep range . Yes any rep range is effective as long as their is progressive overload but don’t tell me that their Olympias is because of that rep range . tell me how much muscle they would have built naturally
