Day 13 at the gym...With my musical show dates coming up soon, I haven't had much time to edit and post, but I have been keeping on track and doing a lot better than I thought I would. My cravings have pretty much gone and I feel more focused and just lighter overall (mentally and physically).

Day 12 and feeling good! I tried running at an 8:00 mile pace for as long as I could and got to 2 minutes which is twice as long as I thought I could do. This is the pace I would have to run the 1.5-mile NYSP test at...tough. Today we hit the gym after a week long break (me being sick and kyrsty being away for work)! Over that week we were still eating well, but just not working out. To our surprise it felt really good to be back in the gym :) stay tuned for another weigh-in coming soon!

Today Kyrsty and I go to the gym for the first time, and hit some upper-body movements! It felt nice to get off the desk and move. Today is also my 1st out of a 5 day fast, and it isn't feeling too bad at the moment. We did have to leave a little earlier than we wanted to...I think we went in a little too strong, and need time to build up to the volume we were trying to do. Thanks for watching ...

1. If you aim for the muscle gain plan, you’ll hit around 1400-1500 calories for two meals. It all depends on the calories for your goals; the fat loss plan works great if your calorie needs are really low. 2. You do have the option to pick the number of each meals. It’s a little tricky to find, but once you’ve ordered, edit the week and you can pick the quantity.

With the price, yeah it's not 'cheap'. But... It's the ultimate convenience which many people live off takeaways. Many order more and spend more over a week than they realise, which if you then spend £50 a week on this... That could be 2 takeaways. I usually do a mix, I prep a couple meals (4-6 servings) at the weekend and then get a box of this delivered so I only get 5 from PrepKitchen. A particular lazy week I'll get 10. For what it's worth I think the meals are the same for each plan, they're just the portion sizes, at least low carb fat loss compared to muscle building fat loss.
For what it's worth, I think Simmer meals are tastier.
