Normally it comes with the adjoining room. This parlor is part of their 1 bedroom king suite. But when they are at high occupancy, they can give it out as a room by itself. Parking in the hotel ramp was $70 or $86 valet. I usually look for cheaper parking using a parking app but didn't have time before I arrived.

No, you have to request 2 bedroom with balcony or book 1 bedroom with balcony. the 1 bedroom suites are on the side. That's my next room to check out when I visit as it had a larger balcony/ patio.

so far the best I've stayed in as far as high floor and large balcony is the 4 bedroom penthouse at conrad in fort lauderdale.. no pool though. it's on my channel and can still be booked if you're part of inspirato group

Also, the room can be booked through the Hilton website. If it doesn't come up, it's not available. This is a popular room even though it's expensive

I agree with you on the upstairs bathroom and sealed off pool access. As for that section, only other room I've stayed in is the JBL Suite which was kind of fun!

I was never upgraded to this room but I have heard of people being upgraded to it. I was told they don't upgrade to this room.

@darthflyer257 it still does.. just hard to find.. and it now goes for at least $2800 a night. That is the cheapest I've seen it last I looked. I've seen it listed for up to $4800 per night

Yep! there is a little landscaping mound with plants that you have to walk around. But beach was about 50tf away
